Description
Heavy duty Hacona S420 420mm impulse heat sealer with integral cutter, locking sealing bar and remote actuation option. Powder coated aluminium extruded body and seal bar for greater rigidity. Gas sprung electromagetically locking sealing bar. Separate electronic adjustment of sealing and cooling cycle times. Sealing wire tensioning unit for seal width consistency. Manual or foot pedal sealing head actuation. Manual integral safety cutter removes excess film from sealed edge. Seal width 5mm. Maximum seal length 420mm. Maximum film width 400mm. Maximum cutting length 420mm. Typical output – 200-400 seals per shift.
