All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws.

These Terms will apply to any agreement between you and Hub Packaging (otherwise referred to as ′we′, ′us′ or ‘our’) for the sale of goods (Goods) to you that you have ordered through this website (

All orders you place via an online trade account are subject to our acceptance. Orders will be accepted via successful completion of the checkout process.

The following Terms tell you who we are, how we will provide packaging Goods to you, what to do if there is a problem, payment options, delivery, and other important information that applies to your online trade account.

Please read these Terms and our Conditions of Sale carefully and ensure you understand them before ordering any Goods from this website.

You should print a copy of these Terms and Conditions of Sale for future reference. Please note that our Terms & Conditions and Cookie Policy also apply to your access and use of our website, and our Privacy Statement applies to our use of your personal information.

Registering for an Online Trade Account

You can register for an online trade account using this link.

Complete the short application form to start your application.

Once this has been completed, you will receive an email to show this.

The next step is to complete a credit application form. This is a mandatory requirement for all our online customers.

There are two ways to complete this:

  1. You can complete an online credit application form (3 – 4 minutes)
  2. Download the form & complete it by hand and send it via email.

Upon completing the credit application form, your application for an account will be reviewed.

We aim to decide on all new account applications within 24 hours.

Description of Goods & Price

The description and price of the Goods for your order will be shown on the website when the order is placed. While we try to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate and kept up to date, errors may occur.

If an error is discovered in the description or price of Goods that have been ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible. We will then offer the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling in exchange for a full refund, if applicable.

The price of the Goods and relevant delivery charges are exclusive of VAT. For more information on delivery charges, please visit the Delivery section.

Product Availability

We endeavour to hold adequate stock to fulfil all orders. However, certain issues can arise which may lead to products(s) being out of stock.

Should this happen, and there is insufficient stock to supply or deliver the Goods you have ordered, we will contact you via the details provided in your account to make you aware of the situation; then arrange for a refund/replacement.

Placing Your Order

You must accept these Terms in full before your order can be placed. You must be aged 18 or over to place an order via our website.

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any errors in your order until the point at which you place your order on the checkout page. Please take the time to read and check your order carefully at each stage of the process.

Please ensure that your contact details are correct & up to date when placing an order via your online account. This is essential to enable us to contact you with any questions or to update you on any changes should circumstances change.

How To Pay

You can pay for Goods ordered through our website via various options.

You can pay via credit or debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Microsoft Pay.

When the order is placed, we will take payment for your order, including delivery charges, from your debit or credit card.

Available to our online trade account customers, you can pay for your goods via a credit facility.

Payment via this method involves completing our Online Credit Application Form during registration.

Please note that your online trade account application will not be processed until you have provided us with a completed credit application form.

We now provide the option for online trade customers to pay via BACS. Upon placing your order, you will be prompted to enter the appropriate bank details based on your currency.

Order ID must be used as a payment reference for any BACS payments.

Please note if paying by BACS, delivery times may differ from other payment methods.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made by us to the Buyer’s address as stipulated on the order.

A signature indicating safe receipt of the Goods will be required on delivery.

We aim to deliver the next working day for online orders received by 2 pm.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next working day (applicable to the island of Ireland only).

Orders received on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Where Bank Holidays fall on a Friday or Monday, your order will be delivered on the next working day.

Hub Packaging will not be held responsible for any delays.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery to certain postcodes may take longer than usual due to long transport distances.

We currently do not ship outside the UK and Ireland.

As mentioned in the How to Pay section, we offer the facility to pay for your goods via BACS. Should you choose this option, delivery times may differ.

Payment is usually received the next working day if you pay via BACS. Once payment is received, we will then process the order as normal.

Please note your goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

Issue(s) with Goods/Order

If there are any issues with the Goods you’ve ordered, don’t hesitate to contact us immediately so we can investigate further.

Please supply the following details of your order when contacting:

  • Order Number
  • Account Name
  • Items ordered
  • Details of affected Goods

Please include as much detail as possible when reporting any issues. If possible, also supply photographic evidence.

If we offer you a refund, this will be credited in the same method used to purchase the affected Goods or via a method of your choice.

Your Cancellation Rights

If you have ordered Goods on our website, your right to cancel starts from the date your order has been accepted when we either email you to accept your order or deliver the Goods to you. You will need to notify us of your cancellation and return the Goods to us within 14 days of receiving them.

During this period, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund provided the Goods are returned to us per the requirements in this cancellation clause below. This clause does not affect your right to return faulty or misdescribed Goods. Without affecting your cancellation rights, you can cancel your order for Goods at no cost at any time before we dispatch the Goods.

Return of Goods

When returning Goods, you must provide us with details of the Goods ordered, your contact details and the reason for the cancellation.

Full refunds will only be issued when we have received the Goods back in a resalable condition. This means they should be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with a copy of the returns note included. You must take reasonable care to ensure the Goods are not damaged in the meantime or transit. If the Goods are damaged (or have been modified) by you or are damaged in transit in a way, you could have foreseen. In that case, we reserve the right to refuse any returns (or partial returns) that do not meet a good and sellable condition as previously described.

If you do not return the Goods as required under this clause, we may charge you a sum not exceeding our reasonable direct costs of recovering the Goods or replacing any Goods that are damaged. If the Goods are faulty, we will refund the cost of standard delivery only or use our collection service to collect the items.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the order and returned Goods per the above, we will refund or credit your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving them back.

We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We reserve the right to change these Online Terms in the future without giving notice. Any changes will be posted to this website with immediate effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed per applicable law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
