Registering for a trade account with Hub Packaging is easy, just go to the Registration page to complete the short application form. We will get in touch once your application has been processed.

The process is extremely quick, we aim to process your trade account application same working day.


At Hub Packaging we offer attractive pricing discounts for customers who set up an online trade account.

Hub Packaging would be willing to review pricing structure after a period. This would be reviewed on an annual basis &subject to approval from Hub Packaging in conjunction with the customer.

If you are an existing customer and require bespoke packaging, get in touch to let us know more information regarding the products you require.

Once we have received this information, the products will be added to your product list for you to order.

If you are a new customer with no previous order history, we would require some additional information to ensure we understand the requirements of your order.

No, at present we do not require a minimum order value.

No, at present we do not require a minimum annual spend. However, this may be subject to review in future.

After placing your order, unfortunately we are unable to allow additional items to be added. Should you require additional items, we advise you to place a separate order.

Yes, as part of our commitment to our online customers, you will have access to an Account Manager for any queries relating to packaging products & your account. More information on this will be available upon completion of registration.


For trade customers, we require payment in full at time of placing your order.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Microsoft Pay.

Once your order has been delivered, you will receive your invoice sent to the email address associated with your trade account.

To view past invoices, simply log in to your online account and under the *My Profile* tab, click previous orders.

We currently do not offer credit accounts for trade customers. However, this may be subject to change in the future.

No, we are currently unable to offer international delivery at this time.

We only ship to the UK and Ireland at this time.

Delivery to UK mainland may take slightly longer than the timeframe stated above. We aim to have your goods with you as soon as possible.
