Eligibility

Registering for a trade account with Hub Packaging is easy, just go to the Registration page to complete the short application form. We will get in touch once your application has been processed.

The process is extremely quick, we aim to process your trade account application same working day.

Pricing

At Hub Packaging we offer attractive pricing discounts for customers who set up an online trade account.

Hub Packaging would be willing to review pricing structure after a period. This would be reviewed on an annual basis &subject to approval from Hub Packaging in conjunction with the customer.

Products

Should this happen, please contact Hub Packaging via this address: sales@hub-packaging.com, stating the name of your account & products you are unable to locate.

If you are an existing customer and require bespoke packaging, get in touch to let us know more information regarding the products you require.

Once we have received this information, the products will be added to your product list for you to order.

If you are a new customer with no previous order history, we would require some additional information to ensure we understand the requirements of your order.

Orders

No, at present we do not require a minimum order value.

No, at present we do not require a minimum annual spend. However, this may be subject to review in future.

After placing your order, unfortunately we are unable to allow additional items to be added. Should you require additional items, we advise you to place a separate order.

Yes, as part of our commitment to our online customers, you will have access to an Account Manager for any queries relating to packaging products & your account. More information on this will be available upon completion of registration.

Payment

Payment terms will depend on the method of payment you choose for your order.

Your payment terms will be confirmed upon completing the required credit application form and registering for an online trade account and will be approved by our accounts department.

We accept a range of payment methods for online trade account orders.

A breakdown of the payment methods is below:

  • Credit/Debit card
  • BACS
  • Via Hub Packaging Trade Account (Credit Facility)

Once your order has been delivered, your invoice will be sent to the email address associated with your trade account.

To view past invoices, log in to your online account and click previous orders under the My Profile tab.

Yes, we can provide online trade customers.

This requires completing a Credit Application form as part of the registration process for an online trade account.

We will not approve an account application until the credit application form has been completed.

Once received, our accounts department will process & provide you with credit terms for your account.

Delivery

Delivery lead times will vary depending on the payment method chosen when placing your order.

For any orders purchased via credit/debit card, delivery will be the next working day (if ordered before 2 pm).

If an order is paid via BACS, the order will be released for delivery once we receive the funds (usually the next working day)

Delivery charges depend on location & order value.

A full breakdown of delivery costs for online trade customers will be available once you log into your account.

No, we are currently unable to offer international delivery at this time.

We only ship to the UK and Ireland at this time.

Delivery to UK mainland may take slightly longer than the timeframe stated above. We aim to have your goods with you as soon as possible.
