Relentlessly committed to customer care, our service engineers ensure that when you buy a packing, strapping or wrapping machine from Hub Packaging you will be supported for the lifetime of that product.
Our engineers will happily support your on-site employees via our website with online chat and advice. We are developing a bank of How-To videos for 2018 and an extensive knowledge base of help topics and a rapid next-day parts supply service.
Our engineers are also available to receive equipment at our workshop and testing facility in Warrenpoint or, if required, travel to your site to provide onsite repairs and support.
CONTACT WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST
When your new or pre-owned machine is delivered or installed by one of our engineers, it will carry a tag advising when the first service is due. If you have chosen to place the machine under one of our Service Care plans then we will contact you in advance of this to agree a suitable time and date for one of our engineers to visit and carry out the service work.
We will keep records of all work carried out on the machine as part of the machine’s Service Passport – invaluable when you decide to trade your machine in for a new model or if you decide to sell it privately.
