2. SERVICE CARE
Once you have purchase any equipment from Hub Packaging, we are glad to offer Service Care plans to suit your requirements. There plans, each designed to offer you the correct level of support and reassurance depending on your own application.
3. ONGOING SUPPORT
If you opt not to place your machine under a Service Care plan then our engineers can happily provide on-site support to carry out repair or service work. We’re always available for a quick chat on the phone or a video-call if you’re stuck! Take advantage of our extensive knowledge base and a rapid next-day parts supply service.
You can opt-in to one of our Service Care plans at any time during the lifetime of your machine. An assessment will be carried out on your specific equipment before quoting for this.
4. CONTACT WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST
We keep records of all work carried out as part of the equipment’s Service Passport – invaluable when you decide to trade your machine in for a new model or if you decide to sell it privately.
