Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Delivery Estimates

Any orders placed by 2 pm (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
Standard Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Unfortunately, due to our location, we cannot offer free shipping to England, Scotland and Wales, regardless of the order value.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
About Delivery Restrictions
Additional delivery restrictions may apply due to the nature of some products. These products might be restricted for delivery, both within GB and to other countries.
When you shop at Hub-packaging.com, product detail page messaging will tell you whether an item can be delivered to your territory.
UK Delivery Restrictions
Due to specific handling requirements, we cannot deliver some products to addresses outside of the island of Ireland.
Delivery to certain postcodes may take longer than usual due to long transport distances.
Per Product Shipping Fees
Please note that we have now implemented an additional shipping fee for certain products.
This fee applies to shipping palletised products.
A notification will be displayed on any product page where this fee applies.
At checkout, the overview will display the various shipping fees should this apply to items in your basket.
Note – Applicable product shipping fees will vary depending on the type of product (size, quantity, weight, etc.)
** Please note, we cannot deliver or fulfil any orders to the following areas: Scottish Highlands, Outer Hebrides, Shetland and Orkney Islands, Channel Isles, Isle of White, Isle of Man or any other offshore locations.
Order Confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or call once your order has been processed.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Hub-packaging.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Damages should be reported to Hub Packaging Limited within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please document and, where possible, photograph the damage so we can address this with our carriers.
Hub Packaging Limited will exchange, credit or refund (at its discretion) any goods received that are deemed unsuitable for use by the recipient.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the UK and Ireland.
