We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Faleen Sales Ltd, a well-established packaging supplier based in Clonmel, County Tipperary.
Completed in April, this marks another important milestone in our growth journey and strengthens our presence in the Munster region, expanding our expertise within the meat processing sector, and supporting our wider growth strategy.

Belfast Marathon Boxes in action!
While we didn’t have a team taking part in the marathon this year, we were delighted to play a small part behind the scenes by supplying the boxes used for runners’ race packs. A huge well done to everyone who took part and helped make the event such a success.
interpack Düsseldorf 2026
Our Hub Packaging Procurement Team had the opportunity to attend interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf – one of the world’s leading events for the packaging industry.
With over 2,800 exhibitors from across the globe, the event provided a fantastic insight into the future of packaging, automation, sustainability, and smart manufacturing.

Hub would like to introduce Jessica, who has joined our Procurement team and is already becoming an integral part of the business.
Jessica graduated from Ulster University with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Since then, she has built up valuable experience working with Randox, Norbrook and Scientific Laboratory Supplies.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys staying active by playing football for her local team and regularly going to the gym.
We’re delighted to have Jessica on board and look forward to seeing her continue to grow and thrive with the team. 👏🎉

Half Marathon update - Prostate Cancer UK
🏅 Newry Half Marathon Complete!
What a fantastic day with over 1,000 runners taking on the challenge. The heat certainly made itself known at around 22°C, adding an extra test of endurance for everyone!
The atmosphere was incredible, with so many family members and friends out in force to cheer runners on every step of the way. It was a brilliant event all round… even with a few sore feet afterwards!
A huge thank you to everyone who supported and donated to Prostate Cancer UK a truly worthwhile cause.

Eva Martin's Work Placement
Eva is a secondary school student from just outside Rathfriland and is currently studying A Levels at Banbridge Academy. Her chosen subjects are Maths, Physics, Technology & Design, and Business Studies.
This summer, Eva is spending four weeks with the Hub Packaging team as part of her work placement programme, gaining valuable experience that will help inform her future education and career choices.
Having previously spent four days with the business in February, shadowing colleagues across a variety of departments, Eva made a great impression and was subsequently offered the opportunity to return for an extended placement.
The placement provides Eva with a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a business environment, while allowing the team at Hub Packaging to support the development of local young talent.
Go Karting
On Friday, 18th June, the senior management team organised a go karting day for the entire company.
Despite the heavens opening and the rain pouring down, it certainly didn’t stop us! In fact, the wet conditions on the outdoor track only added to the excitement and made the competition even more intense.
A huge thank you to Lyons Karting for delivering such a fantastic and memorable experience. Unfortunately, there could only be three places on the podium, and everyone was determined to claim the top spot.
Congratulations to our podium winners: Bradley, Martin, and Chester, who raced their way to the top positions! There’s no doubt we’ll be back for another round in the future. 🏁👏
