Assessment, Repair, Return
Assessment
Once we receive your Ripack tool, our technicians will conduct a thorough assessment.
Identify the issues and recommend the necessary repairs.
Repair & Testing
Using genuine Ripack parts, our skilled technicians will carry out the repairs.
Afterward, each repaired tool undergoes rigorous testing to ensure its functionality and safety.
Return to You
Once the repair and testing are complete, we’ll promptly return your Ripack tool to you.
It will be ready to serve you with the same efficiency and reliability as before.
Service Charges
The service/repair fee for a Ripack tool is £90.00 +VAT and £10.00 delivery fee or €105 +VAT and €11.50 delivery fee.
Any necessary parts will incur additional charges, and a quote will be provided before any work begins.
If you choose not to proceed with any work, a fee of £30.00 +VAT or €35 +VAT will be applied to cover the inspection and return delivery costs.
